Common questions
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Guests order from their own phone by scanning a QR code you print and place on the table. Staff use whatever tablet, laptop, or phone you already have for the floor and kitchen views.
How does payment processing work?
Payments run through Stripe. Guests pay their bill from their phone; funds settle to your connected bank account on Stripe's normal payout schedule. Stripe's processing fees apply on top of your TableFlow plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
No. Starter and Growth are month to month, cancel any time. Multi-location plans are arranged directly with our team.
